Pandora’s Breakfast was a huge success! There were approximately 150 parents and children who attended the event with about 50 Junior League volunteers excited to help. In addition, many league members donated gifts for the special day. The Community Impact Committee worked together to help plan the breakfast to ensure a great time was had by all. Many league members assisted with set-up the day before to get the gym looking like Santa’s workshop and organizing gifts to resemble a store. The kids had so many gifts to choose from and especially loved picking out jewelry for their foster moms. A couple kids recognized Tori Woods as the “cooking lady” and was raving about how they love Kids in the Kitchen at their community center. It was so fun to see kids from our program at this great event.
